Ms. Catherine Hazlitt will be ordained to the sacred order of deacons on Saturday, September 16, 2023, 2 p.m. at St. Paul’s, Manitowaning. The ordination preacher will be the Rev. Dr. Ronald Kydd, her spiritual mentor and Professor Emeritus of Christian History at Tyndale Seminary. The liturgical colour will be red. A reception will follow the service at Knox United Church, 25 Napier Street, Manitowaning.
